What is Vitamins?

As from my reading, vitamins are an organic compounds that have diverse biochemical function in the body. Most of them must be ingested from the diet. There are two types of vitamin scientifically. First group was Fat Soluble Vitamins (A,D,E and K) which was stored in the liver and fat cell. Second category was Water Soluble Vitamins ( B-Group and C) have to be taken daily. Specific function or certain vitamin that can be procured from vegetables are briefly describes in this article.Plants is the most source of vitamins. People need to know how, what and where to get the vitamins. Today's article on "Anim Agriculture Technology" I post an article about vitamins for all reader.

Vitamin A
Vitamin A is an essential for the visual pigments, immune system function and also for skin and mucus membrane health. The major form of vitamin A is Retinol. Precursors for vitamin A is the carotene from fruit and vegetables. Many types of fruits and vegetable grown by farmers and consume for fresh to ensure vitamin A is available for the body. Among all carotene, Beta-carotene has the highest vitamin A activity. Lacking of Vitamin A cause severe visual imperilment and it is significant contributor to severe infections of death.

Vitamin E
Vitamin E consisting of tocopherols, has a role in cell membrane integrity, anti inflammatory action and immune response. Deficiency in vitamin E can affect and lead to Anemia Disease. It is a highly anti oxidant and is known to reduce the risks of several degenerative disease. So as human being please ensure to uptake any amount of vitamin E as required by our body.
Vitamin B (Riboflavin)
Many people do not aware of vitamin B as coenzymes. It plays a central role in releasing energy from food. Food processed in our body in the form of sugar (Sucrose, lactose) will be transformed to energy by assistance of Vitamin B. Deficiency of vitamin B include cracked skin and blurred vision. Study the source of Vitamin B riboflavin.

Vitamin B (Folic Acis)
Folic acid helps in the formation of red blood cell in our body. It also involve in he making of DNA and RNA. Folic acid deficiency causes anemia during pregnancy and is a risk factor for coronary heart disease and stroke.
Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid)
Vitamin C is the most popular vitamin and has been commercialised in the society. Actually vitamin C is essential for the formation of Collagen ( a protein to make skin), scar tissue, tendons, ligaments and blood vessels. Early sign of vitamin C deficiency include splitting hair, dry skin and bleeding gums. Vitamin C also promote absorption of iron from the diets. Vitamin C are rich in most fruits such as orange, grapes, mango, Guava, Citrus and the latest from Roselle. Roselle consists 9 times more vitamin C than oranges.

Most of us heard about vitamins. How many of us study where to gain the vitamin supply. In modern days, vitamin was sold as tablets, liquid or many other form as processed vitamins. Do we checked whether the supplies actually as good as we expected?... Make sure to check the Expiry Date and Manufacturing Date if probably they change the due date. The best is to know what are the sources of vitamin in raw plants especially those we can get fresh from our wet market. Keep consume vitamins daily. . .
